Mitch Holt, Chief Operating Officer

Mitch Holt directs all of the Operations functions for the multiple-concepts under Provider name. Mitch has served in a management capacity for several companies including Claim Jumper and New York Grill Restaurants. Mitch was promoted to the District Manager position of Provider in 2004, and later promoted to C.O.O. in 2007. Mitch's experience also includes a position as a union representative for the United Food & Commercial Workers of Los Angeles County. His education has come from over 32 years of on-the-job experience. He has also attended numerous seminars and conferences to keep him abreast of changes within the industry. Mitch is married with three daughters, two grandchildren, and resides in the Chino Hills, California.
