Pam Mitchell, Catering Manager
Pam has been a local Riverside resident since the age of five, and has
been involved in the restaurant industry for 12 years.
Working her way through college as a server, she graduated from California
State University San Bernardino with a Bachelor’s degree in Art.
Pam has been working for Market Broiler Restaurants and Provider Food Service for the past seven
years, and carries the title of Catering Manager, for the last three.
In 2003, Pam received additional responsibilities, crossing over to the
Provider concept, now assisting in event coordination.
Married with four children, Pam’s legacy continues with the next
generation — as two of her four children now work at the Riverside
Market Broiler location.
