PROVIDER CONTRACT FOOD SERVICE CHOSEN TO SERVE THE SOUTHWESTERN BAPTIST THEOLOGICAL SEMINARY

[RIVERSIDE, CALIFORNIA, July 21, 2020] — Provider Contract Food Service is proud to have been chosen to serve the students, faculty, staff, and visitors at The Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in Fort Worth, Texas, starting Fall semester 2020.

Provider, known for its chef-driven culinary programs, will be introducing its Small Plates’ concept to the SWBTS Food Hall in an All-You-Care-To-Eat format. Modeled after Spanish Tapas, Provider’s signature presentation of restaurant quality, small plates encourage guests to explore and experience a variety of foods, but in smaller, healthier portions. A variety of meal plan options will be available for students, residents, commuters, as well as faculty and staff.

Stinson. “We are thrilled to begin this new collaboration that will well serve our institution – and especially our students.”
Provider also has plans to expand food offerings including hot food options to the Student Lounge/Coffee House. They will also be overseeing the planning for a brand-new food venue in the seminary’s Recreation and Aerobics Center.

As the exclusive campus caterer, Provider will also be bringing their event management expertise to both the campus and the Riley Center, the seminary’s hotel and event facility. Provider has earned high remarks in the industry having catered events for presidential candidates, state senators, and other high profile clients.
