The timeless tradition of “Breaking Bread” is alive and well in our campus dining facilities.
Other style characteristics of Provider are achieved through bringing the back kitchen production into view of the guests. Provider brings this to “the front of the house” through “display cooking”. Showing the guests what’s going on; stimulating appetites, making choices easier and injecting excitement into every meal.
Provider’s fresh concepts include induction sauté cooking, sushi stations, carving stations, open grills, gas-fired burners, giant soup kettles, wok cookery, combi-ovens, pasta makers, pizza ovens, espresso machines, just to name a few of the pieces of equipment used.
An additional enhancement to the atmosphere of freshness is that of our in-house pastry chef who, on any given day, makes from-scratch artisan breads, gourmet cakes, homemade pies, cookies, muffins, pastries, brownies and a host of other on-demand signature dessert items.
All of Provider’s clients have significantly grown their revenue outside the walls of their own campus. Increasing revenue can create better efficiencies and improves profitability and margins for Provider’s clients.
ON-SITE CAFE STYLE DINING
Provider has built and developed numerous cafes to spread various dining options throughout college campus’ and major metropolitan areas.
Typically, we offer extended hours for lunch, dinner and late night snacks when necessary at the specific location. These outlying cafes have been well received by the faculty, staff, commuter students to our college accounts, and visitors. Provider also partners with local and national brands to deliver "retail" concepts to our clients such as Starbucks, Chick-fil-A, and The Habit to name a few.
