If you're already meal-prepping for the week, don’t forget the dessert! These no-bake energy balls are guilt-free, nutritious sweet treats you can enjoy anytime—without adding extra time or stress to your routine.


 Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats

  • ½ cup nut butter (almond or peanut)

  • ¼ cup honey or maple syrup

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract + pinch of salt

  • Optional mix-ins:

    • 2 Tbsp ground flax or chia

    • ¼ cup shredded coconut

    • ⅓ cup chocolate chips

    • ¼ cup chopped nuts or dried fruit


 Step-by-Step: 

  1. Mix your base — Combine oats, nut butter, sweetener, vanilla, salt, and seeds (if using) in a bowl until thick and sticky.

  2. Add texture & flavor — Stir in coconut, nuts, chocolate, or fruit. Customize as you like!

  3. Chill to firm up — Pop the mixture in the fridge for 30 minutes (skip this and rolling gets messy!) 

  4. Roll into bites — Scoop tablespoon-sized portions and roll them into neat balls.

  5. Final chill & store — Chill again to set. Store in airtight containers for up to a week—or freeze up to 3 months .
