As we reflect on 2025, we are truly humbled and grateful for another incredible year alongside our dedicated team members and valued guests. This year was marked by meaningful growth, exciting partnerships, and a continued commitment to serving our campus communities with excellence.

Spring Highlight: A New Addition at California Baptist University

Spring 2025 brought an exciting milestone with the introduction of an Einstein Bros.® Bagels franchise location to the California Baptist University campus. Located at Palm Drive, the new site quickly became a vibrant hub for students serving not only as a dining destination but also as a favorite space to study, connect, and unwind.

Guests enthusiastically welcomed menu favorites such as the Farmhouse Bagel, along with fresh made bagels prepared daily. The location offers breakfast and lunch bagel sandwiches from 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., with coffee and pastries available until 8p.m. We are proud to have brought this now beloved Einstein Bros.® Bagels franchise to CBU and to see it embraced so warmly by the campus community!

Fall Growth: Expanding Our Service to Arizona Christian University

In August, Provider began serving as Arizona Christian University’s official dining contractor. The transition was smooth and thoughtfully executed, ensuring a seamless experience for ACU guests from day one.

We are also pleased to announce Gina Davis as Director of Dining Services at ACU, whose leadership will help guide exceptional service for years to come. We are deeply grateful for the opportunity to serve the ACU community and look forward to what lies ahead.

Giving Back: “Full of Flavor, Full of Thanks”

This Thanksgiving season, Provider proudly launched a company wide initiative "Full of Flavor, Full of Thanks.” This campaign focused on giving back to local food banks through canned food drives hosted at each of our campus dining locations.

Inspired by a vision from Rodney Couch, Provider CEO and Founder, the initiative was launched in response to news surrounding the delay of SNAP/Food Stamps due to the Federal government shutdown. Our goal was to support individuals and families facing food insecurity especially during the holiday season.

Thanks to the generosity of our team members and guests, we were able to support many families by contributing to the following organizations:

• New Life Pomona – Claremont, CA

• Wilshire Avenue Community Church – Fullerton, CA

• St. Mary’s Food Bank – Phoenix, AZ

• Waxahachie Care Services – Waxahachie, TX

• Sunbird Food Pantry – Fresno, CA
