Annual provider Hospitality Summit

As provider celebrates another successful academic year, the Annual provider Hospitality Summit offers an opportunity to reconnect as one while looking ahead. A tradition established in 2023 by Provider founder Rodney Couch, the summit reflects provider’s continued commitment to hospitality, servant leadership, and meaningful connection. Over the course of three days, team members strengthened their sense of unity while enjoying exceptional cuisine, participating in insightful training, and concluding the experience with a culinary challenge. Since its founding, provider has been rooted in exceptional hospitality, guided by leaders whose extensive restaurant experience continues to elevate the contract dining experience through innovative culinary programs, exceptional service, and meaningful connections that enrich both our clients and the communities they serve.

In preparation for this year’s summit, all attendees read Unreasonable Hospitality by Will Guidara, establishing a common framework for discussion and reflection while reinforcing provider’s belief that intentional service, experiences, and genuine hospitality should guide every interaction and decision.

The spirit of hospitality and connection reflected throughout the summit is also evident in the values that shape provider beyond the event itself. One meaningful example can be found in a detail often overlooked provider contract food service’s lowercase logo. Rooted in founder Rodney Couch’s belief that

this distinction serves as a quiet reflection of the humility, gratitude, and faith centered foundation that continue to guide provider’s approach to service.

As another Hospitality Summit comes to a close, the memories created over three days serve as a reminder that provider’s strength is found not only in service, but in the people who make it possible. Through shared meals, meaningful conversations, moments of laughter, and valuable lessons exchanged, the summit reflected the sense of togetherness that continues to move provider forward.
