Our signature breakfast program offers traditional morning favorites such as made-to-order
omelets, fresh breakfast sandwiches, proteins, breakfast breads and hot cereals, we will greet
guest with a hearty selection of flavorful menu concepts. In our approach we will offer multiple
concepts to maximize the servery, expanding the program beyond the grill and hotline to
include our waffle station, handmade to order breakfast burritos, Crepes, gourmet coffee,
juices, yogurt, along with fresh, seasonal and cut fruit.
This station will feature a great selection of weekly Poke Bowls. With a selection of sauces, proteins, bases and toppings. This meal selection has become a big hit at our higher education accounts with students and staff, it’s fresh and fun to enjoy when you call out your ingredient selections.
GRAINS & GREENS
Our made to order grains and salads features a healthier option with seasonal selections. The variety will include hot and cold options combined with freshly prepared salad dressings and sauces that will enhance each dish. With choices lie beef, pork, chicken, shrimp, scallops and salmon, or plated as a vegetarian option. The flexibility at this station can be easily customized to fit the needs of special menus.
Throughout the month our Chef will host an exhibition prepared meal. We serve a limited amount at this station to gauge acceptance for adding it to the menu rotation. We enjoy making this an interactive experience, giving our guest an opportunity to try a new dish or a past favorite. We will feature items like Bacon-wrapped Salmon over fresh spinach with marinated tomatoes or maybe a small plate combination that can be shared by friends.

In meeting the changing taste of our guests, our grill concept offers a variety of grilled-to-order American and international options, prepared with beef, turkey, garden burgers; fresh fish, kabobs, marinated chicken breast, Reubens, Monte Cristos and seasonal fresh grilled vegetables. Our menu options also include daily favorites, burger your way, fries, onion rings, wings and jalapeno poppers.
Our oven concepts feature a tantalizing variety of traditional dishes with gourmet ingredients, including flat bread pizzas, flavorful meats, sprightly pasta sautés, and roasted vegetables. Our oven menu is constantly changing with the latest health trends delivering new selections to keep our guest satisfied.

We combine the highest quality, freshest product of seasonal vegetables and let the natural flavors shine through. Whether it is one our exhibition made to order salads or one you built yourself at the salad bar, know the freshness is going to please your taste buds. Our dressings, vinegar and oil selections will add the finishing touches to a spectacular dish of healthy selections.
Providers deli station is a crowd pleaser, featuring premium deli meats and cheeses, with a wide selection of toppings and condiment choices. We offer a wide selection of gourmet breads and rolls and also feature a daily offering of panini sandwiches. Our daily chef’s choice will include, Italian Sausage & Peppers, Meatball Subs, French Dip, Seasonally Fresh Wraps and other favorites.
This multi-cultural concept will feature many authentic Latin dishes that will please our guest. With entrée favorites like Enchiladas, Arroz con Pollo, Street Tacos, Fish Tacos, Mojo Roasted Pork with Fried Plantains, accompanied by refried, pinto or black beans and rice. Offering rich homemade salsa, jalapenos, spicy carrots and other roasted chili selections. Plus, fresh Agua Fresca like, Mango, Tamarindo, Horchata and delicious desserts like Cubano Rice Pudding, traditional Flan and Tres Leche Cake.
Asian cuisine that will feature such items as Chicken Teriyaki, Pepper Steak, Sweet & Sour Pork and Vegetable Lo Mein and more. Our selection will be paired with fried, sticky or steamed rice, egg rolls or Potstickers. The menus will change to offer a wide selection of introducing more dishes and sides.
This will be a trip down memory lane for many, just like going to grandmas for Sunday dinner. We will feature entrée’s like Pot Roast, Oven Baked Turkey with sides like Macaroni & Cheese, Potatoes au Gratin, Creamed Spinach, freshly baked dinner roll or Whole Kernel Skillet Cornbread.
Providers soup selections offer a treasure of both hearty home style soups, and contemporary alternatives show casing our chef-made stocks with fresh vegetables harvested from local farms whenever seasonally possible. We will offer freshly baked breads and rolls to accompany our guest selection.
Our scratch-made desserts will put smiles on our guests. Homemade apple pie, cobblers, cookies, double chocolate brownies, caramel flan, and cobblers. We offer selections that rotate in no order to give variety throughout the week. A little bit of indulgence will go a long way at lunch, we also package our selections so they can be enjoyed later in the day for that needed boost.
Featured fountain beverages and bottled product is one more way to celebrate diversity during the dining experience with us. Our approach is to offer beverages that meet the ethnicity needs on campus or office setting. Our goal is to keep our guest on campus with traditional Latin beverages from Goya, bottled healthy choices from either Coke-Cola or Pepsi, fountain beverages and other favorites. We further create a dining experience that supports productivity and overall satisfaction from our partnership.
